The Powerhouse is Newrys only Physiotherapist led Pilates Reformer and Matwork studio. Classes are available throughout the week and there are sessions to suit all abilities. Alongside group classes, we also run specialist Antenatal and Postnatal sessions and an "Easy Movers" class- suitable for those who want a more gentle method of exercise.
